About the project

A few months after our first video for Qlever Intralogistics, the client came back with a new brief: show an even bigger, more advanced warehouse the company had built for EVA.

We filmed two video case studies about automated warehouses, each with a different approach: POV shots from inside the process, shots from the robot’s point of view, time-lapses and staged scenes.

For the second video we went further still: more equipment, more staging and parfocal lenses that let us change focus and distance without losing sharpness. All of it made a high-tech warehouse look alive and dynamic on screen.

What we did

• Adapting the client’s script to real shooting conditions, running time and budget
• Scouting and assessing locations against the concept and technical requirements
• Choosing the camera, lenses, lighting, sound and other equipment for the job
• Coordinating the crew, locations, schedule and every key logistical detail
• 1 shooting day on location with a professional crew of 2
• Up to 3 interviews filmed in one shooting day
• Full edit with licensed music, titles and graphic elements
• Professional final picture and sound finishing
• Up to 2 rounds of edit revisions based on your feedback
